The Link device is a smart pet wearable that works alongside the Link Connected Pet app (which may be branded for your veterinary clinic) to provide GPS tracking, activity monitoring, sleep insights, location history, and additional wellness data for your pet.
If you do not currently own a Link device, you can purchase one directly through your app using the Add Link feature.
Purchasing through the app ensures your device is compatible with your Link Connected Pet account and allows for a seamless setup experience once your device arrives.
How to Purchase a Link Device
- Open your app.
- Select the pet profile you would like to connect to a Link device.
- Scroll down to Add a Link Device.
- Tap Shop for Devices
- Review the available Link device information and features.
- Select Add to Cart.
- Complete the checkout process.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize your order.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation and additional information regarding shipping and activation.

After Your Purchase
When your Link device arrives:
- Fully charge the device.
- Open your app.
- Select your pet profile.
- Tap Add Link.
- Follow the on screen prompts to complete activation
- Connect the device with an automatic 7 day all access service plan trial
- Upgrade to a paid service plan by tapping Migrate Trial or Plan Management under Settings to continue uninterrupted connectivity and monitoring.
Your pet's activity, sleep, and location information will begin syncing after activation.

Do I need a Link device to use the app?

Yes. Multiple Link devices can be purchased and assigned to different pets within your app.

Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours through USPS Ground Delivery.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do I need a subscription or service plan?
All activations automatically enroll in a 7 day all access service plan trial.
After the trial Link devices require an active service plan to provide continuous activity and sleep monitoring, GPS connectivity, and location services.
Monthly, Annual and Biennial plan options will be presented during Trial migration.
Can I activate my device immediately after purchase?
Activation occurs after you receive your device. Once delivered, simply follow the activation instructions within the app.
